Sadly, Palworld does not presently support crossplay. As a result, users of the Xbox and Steam versions cannot communicate with one another. Furthermore, there is incompatibility between the Steam version and the Xbox Game Pass version on PC. Nevertheless, the creators have stated that they plan to implement cross-play in the future, which would definitely improve the multiplayer experience.
